International logistics, also known as global logistics, refers to an international commodity that physically moves materials in order to overcome the spatial and temporal distance between production and consumption when production and consumption are independently conducted in two or more countries. Transaction or exchange activities to complete the purpose of international merchandise transactions, that is, to achieve the seller's delivery of documents, goods and collection of payment; and the buyer accepts the documents, payment of goods and collection of trade convection conditions.
